Yes. The payment, scope, estimate, and acceptance criteria are agreed before a project begins.

We start with sanitized sample data wherever possible. Businesses should not submit confidential data through the intake form. Access and confidentiality are agreed before delivery.
The focus is on reducing repetitive manual work so people can spend more time on higher-value work. We do not position this as employee replacement.

Talent profile form: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, location and time zone, current situation, interests, skills and tools, portfolio or LinkedIn link, a description of a problem you solved, weekly availability, openness to paid trials, expected rate, languages, and your consent choices.
Business problem form: your name, work email, business name, website or LinkedIn page, industry, company size, role, a description of one recurring problem, affected areas, time spent, desired outcome, data-sensitivity answer, pilot budget, preferred duration, decision-maker status, and consent to be contacted.
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, passwords, health information, customer lists, or confidential documents. Please do not include them in any answer.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Form responses are stored in Google Forms and a private Google Sheet (Google acts as our service provider). Access is limited to the ProblemBridge team. When you are shortlisted for a pilot, we share only what the other party needs to evaluate the match, and only after telling you.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [privacy contact email] with the subject “Data request”. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Terms & Code of Conduct
ProblemBridge is a managed service that reviews business problems, scopes small paid pilots, and matches them with screened people. It is not a job board, an employment agency, or a guarantee of work.
Every pilot starts with a written one-page brief that states the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, acceptance criteria, confidentiality terms, and named business contact. The pilot is governed by a separate pilot agreement signed before work begins. [Legal review: pilot agreement, NDA, and IP terms.]

If something goes wrong, contact us first. We run a private dispute process and aim to resolve issues fairly for both sides. We may remove anyone who repeatedly breaches this Code of Conduct.
